Here is how this works in practice. We manage production travel and logistics for shoots across the UAE, from the first global booking through daily movement on location. The country's top-tier airports, Dubai Global and Abu Dhabi Global, served by United Arab Emirates and Etihad, make the UAE highly easy to reach from anywhere in the world, and our team sets up group flights, gear freight and crew schedules to match.

Here is the short of it. We source lodging close to unit bases in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and beyond, arrange ground transport including desert-capable cars for shoots in the Liwa Desert and the Empty Quarter, and handle visa applications for global crews. For incoming gear we set up ATA Carnet clearance through UAE customs, keeping kit transit predictable.

Crew welfare drives each plan: during the extreme summer months we factor heat into transport timing and lodging. We lean on the prime October-to-April window where the schedule allows.

Here is the breakdown. The UAE has supported the travel logistics of some of the largest shoots in the industry. 'Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol' and 'Furious 7' moved big global units through Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
