Our team documents dimensions, power openings, access routes for trucks and gear, sun orientation, ambient noise and safety hazards, producing reports with photographs and measurements that feed directly into scheduling and gear planning.

The UAE climate is central to each survey: for outdoor sites we record how heat, humidity and desert wind will affect crew, gear and shooting hours, and we advise on the prime October-to-April window. For remote locations in the Liwa Desert or the Hajar Mountains we check water supply, communications coverage, the nearest medical site and power packs needs, since these sites have no infrastructure of their own.

We also note the emirate-level permit pathway, whether through twofour54 and the Abu Dhabi Film Commission or the Dubai Film and TV Commission.
